Partner Portal Privacy Policy

This covers the personal data of Partners (influencers/affiliates) themselves, collected through the Partner Portal. It's separate from the main MyChoreReward Privacy Policy, which covers families using the app. The Partner Agreement already covers your obligations and the commission terms, this page covers data protection only.

What We Collect

• Account information: name, email, password (stored as a secure hash), and any social handles or audience details you provide when applying.
• Payout information: bank details or PayPal email, and tax residency information where required before a payout.
• Performance data: your Partner Code, signups attributed to it (as a one-way hash, never a family's real identifier), commission, and payout history.

We never collect data about the children in referred families. Your dashboard shows only your own signup count and commission.

Why We Collect It

To review your application, calculate and pay your commission, meet our own tax and legal obligations, and communicate with you about your account.

Where Data Is Stored

Partner data lives in a separate Firebase project from the app, with rules restricting your data to you and our admin console only.

Security

Bank and tax details are among the most sensitive data we hold. They're protected by security rules, an admin console that auto-signs-out after 15 minutes of inactivity, and are never accessible from the public website or app.

Your Rights

You can access, correct, or request deletion of your data, and withdraw consent to our processing, at any time by contacting us below.
