Partner (Affiliate) Agreement

Between MyChoreReward ("we") and you, the Partner, approved to promote MyChoreReward using a unique referral code.

The Program

Approval is discretionary and personally reviewed. You earn commission on subscription revenue from families who sign up using your Partner Code.

Commission

• Your rate is set individually and shown in your dashboard.
• Commission is calculated on subscription revenue attributed to your code, net of refunds.
• Revenue becomes payable only after a 30-day hold, to account for refunds.

Payouts

• Minimum withdrawal: US$50.
• Paid on a fixed monthly date, communicated in advance.
• Payout processing does not begin automatically. We activate it once the app's revenue system is live, and will announce this to every partner in advance.
• Bank transfer or PayPal. Provider fees are deducted at cost, we add no markup.
• You are responsible for accurate payout and tax information, and for reporting/paying tax owed in your jurisdiction.

Your Obligations

• Promote truthfully. No unapproved claims about child safety or outcomes.
• Disclose the relationship clearly (e.g. "#ad", "#partner") in every post.
• No bidding on "MyChoreReward" as a paid-search keyword without permission.
• No spam, no fake discounts, no impersonating our staff.

Prohibited Conduct

Self-referral, manipulating signup/click counts, or violating any applicable advertising law voids and forfeits any resulting commission, and may end your partnership immediately.

Term and Termination

Either party may end this Agreement at any time. Commission already confirmed as of termination remains payable on the normal schedule.

Independent Contractor

You are an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of MyChoreReward.
